Since we are a volunteer run association the money goes to pay for our internet services, we also provide player of the match awards when we have the funds, and have made cash awards ($100) to a "player of the month", usually players who are representing Canada from BC (again when we have the funds). We also would like to upgrade our video equipment to provide better highlights and get into live video coverage over the internet. We would also like to hire an intern from a university journalism program to help alleviate some of the work load. All these plans take money which is why donations are so important. We have a few advertisers (and very thankful for them) but our revenue at the present is about $1000 per year which covers basic expenses and not much else.

Thanks for giving it a thought,
